Short and long-term mental health struggles are untold stories that can be unpacked to reveal resilience, hope, courage, and deep mental strength. You don’t have to keep trading your mental and emotional health for an ill-fitting story. And you do not have do the juggling alone.

Our community approach to self-empowerment means that you have ongoing and meaningful social support throughout your mental and emotional health journey. You get to share and listen to whatever extent you feel comfortable.
We use journaling and mindfulness activities help you to engage in self-discovery and meaningful reflection. Community story circles, speaker sessions, discussions, and live check-ins are a safe way to explore your own voice as you begin to rewrite your story and change the narrative.
