Work at your own pace and progress through activities and practices that teach you how to use mindfulness and mindfulness-based stress reduction to increase your well-being and build mental resilience.
Start with Everyday Mindfulness - Beginner and progress to Leader level. Each course level builds on the skills you learn in the last one and gives you practical tools and skills that will help you become more self-aware, manage your stress responses, and improve your focus.
Each course in this stream takes about four to six weeks to complete. The lessons are centered on practice. We recommend you cover one unit weekly to maintain consistency and give yourself sufficient time to reflect upon and practice what you've learned. We will be guiding you along with prompts, live practice sessions, and group events.
When you complete each level, you will receive a digital micro-credential badge. The badge will capture the soft skills you learned at each course level. Your course completion badge also signals you can move on to the next level course in the Stream. You can request to join the next level course when you get your badge. If you are interested in trying a class in another Stream, you may request to join that alternate course instead. You can also return to the Mindfulness Stream after completing a course in another Stream.
