At our private 2.5-hour studio session, we guide you through beneficial and adaptable mindfulness and reflection practices. We will show you how to work with your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations so that you can effectively attend to them and feel calmer, more centred and focused.

90-Minute Retreats

Our 90-minute retreat sessions combine powerful mindfulness-based stress reduction and journaling practices to help you lower anxiety, navigate stressors, eliminate negative self-talk, and confidently approach challenges.
