In this online workshop, you will learn how to cultivate a consistent journaling practice that will help you reduce burnout, fatigue, and anxiety.

Summary
In this workshop, you will be introduced to different journal styles, and you will learn why journaling is a valuable practice for dealing with burnout, fatigue and anxiety. You will also learn how to avoid common journaling mistakes. We will also teach you our four cannons for creating a mindful journaling practice that promotes consistency and supports your psychological safety.

The workshop runs for four consecutive weeks and includes one 90-minute online meeting each week. All community support events are optional, however you must attend all the workshop meetings.

Material
This workshop includes an online work book and pre- and post-meeting practices. Access to all workbooks and practice resources are included in your fee. You will receive a free copy of the Firefly Blank Page Journal. The journal will be mailed to you within one business day after your registration is confirmed.
