This 90-minute session focuses on tuning into awareness of the mind and body. It is about noticing how our bodies feel when we give it the time and freedom to be still and noticing what our minds tend to do when we invite it to focus on a task. We will engage in a body scan practice to deepen this new learning so you can take the feelings or clarity and awareness into your week.

What to bring
- A notebook or journal and pen for writing (we sell journals at the studio).
- Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable when moving, sitting, stretching, and lying down.
- Your own reusable water bottle (recommended).
- A blanket (recommended).

Skill Level
No meditation skills or experience is required; however, we recommend consulting your medical advisors before undertaking this movement and meditation session.
This session may involve sitting or lying on the floor or in a chair for a prolonged period of time. You should be able to get into and out of a seated or lying position without assistance.
