In this beginner-level course, you will learn the essentials to get you started on a successful journaling practice. You will learn what journaling is, how you can journal, and the benefits of having a journaling practice. The recommended time to complete this e-course is 3-4 weeks.
We will guide you through the steps with easy to follow examples, prompts, and tutorials, and we'll support you along the way with community practice sessions, live check-ins, and more, all within our secure online network.
