Start with Everyday Mindfulness - Beginner and progress to Leader level. Each course level builds on the skills you learn in the last one and gives you practical tools and skills that will help you become more self-aware, manage your stress responses, and improve your focus.
We will help you grow your mindfulness meditation practice from Beginner to Leader level. You will also learn the fundamentals of MBSR, and we'll introduce you to neuroscience data that validates mindfulness practices. You will also learn about mental health awareness and the factors that affect mental well-being.
For online and in-person services:
You will receive a notification email containing information about your subscription or workshop purchase, instructions for joining our virtual and in-person studio sessions, and other relevant information within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
For physical items:
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
