Private studio retreat sessions are two-and-a-half hour, in-person, one to one mindfulness and journaling practice sessions. We offer these sessions to clients who wish to explore practices that fit their particular challenges and circumstances. This option is also suitable for anyone who wants to explore practices and activities more deeply or one-on-one with a facilitator, instead of in a small group setting.

What to bring
What to bring
- A notebook or journal and pen for writing (we sell journals at the studio).
- Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable when moving, sitting, stretching, and lying down.
- Your own reusable water bottle (recommended).
- A blanket (recommended).

This retreat session is in-person at our studio, S27-24 Aberdeen Avenue, Pinawa, MB, R0E1L0.
Skill Level
Skill Level
No meditation skills or experience is required; however, we recommend consulting your medical advisors before undertaking this movement and meditation session.
This session may involve sitting or lying on the floor or in a chair for a prolonged period of time. You should be able to get into and out of a seated or lying position without assistance.
