Guided Meditation & Sharing Circle

If you have ever tried meditating with apps or on your own with little success, this program is for you. Each session is different and consists of practices that are suitable for various neurotypes and experience levels. You will be guided in a manner that allows you to be in control of your practice while still experiencing the benefits of mindfulness meditation.

Each session consists of practices based on mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). There is an optional 20-minute sharing circle at the end of the practice. The practice is recorded and you will have access to the replay of the session you attended.

Use the options below to select your session week(s) and the number of participants you would like to register, then complete a client registration form for each participant.

About this program

This is a monthly one-hour group session where we work with a central prompt or learning activity as we process thoughts and emotions and reflect on experiences.

Each session follows a different theme and includes optional small group sharing to promote mindfulness-based stress reduction, connection, supportive listening, and reframing challenges. 

Attendance Options

Each session is 60 minutes long and happens online only via Zoom.

We will provide you with access to the secure Zoom link and reminders leading up to the event.

Additional Information

Experience: No meditation, storytelling, writing, or journaling experience is required.

Risks: Sessions may involve sitting or lying on the floor or in a chair for some time. You should be able to get into and out of a seated or lying position without assistance. 

What to bring/have:

  • A notebook or journal and pen for writing.
  • Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable when moving, sitting, stretching, and lying down.
  • A small blanket or towel (optional).
  • A comfortable and private space where you can sit, lie down, talk, and walk around without interruption.
