We offer 90-minute online sessions where you can explore practices that help you slow down, rebuild your resilience, and engage in beneficial self-care.
These private and small group sessions allow professionals, caregivers, and people experiencing major life changes an opportunity to engage with different themes and practices in mindfulness, narrative therapy, and journaling so they can enhance their sense of wellness and well-being.

What to bring
What to bring
- A notebook or journal and pen for writing (we sell journals at the studio).
- Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable when moving, sitting, stretching, and lying down.
- A small blanket or towel (optional).

Attend from anywhere using your internet-capable device or come to the studio at S27-24 Aberdeen Avenue, Pinawa, MB, R0E1L0.
Skill level
Skill level
No meditation or journaling experience is required.
Sessions may involve sitting or lying on the floor or in a chair for some time. You should be able to get into and out of a seated or lying position without assistance.

We offer up to 1/3 of our program spaces to single mothers, BIPOC, and other underrepresented identities. This means qualifying individuals would pay only a portion of the posted rate for the selected program or nothing at all.
