I am more of an educator and mentor than a coach. Coaches sit on the sidelines. They design the play and send you off to make the goal.

Coaching with me is different. I show you your capacity for transformation and walk the path with you through mentorship and guided practice.

My role is to help you master the techniques that will help you improve your outcomes. I engage you with evidence-based practices and strategies delivered with trauma-sensitive expertise.

I use mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), writing, narrative, and conflict transformation techniques to help you reconnect with what matters most.

This program is for you if:

  • One 60 to 90-minute assessment session to identify your needs and shape your unique program.
  • Six weekly in-person or virtual one-on-one sessions.
  • Each weekly session is designed to provide the practice, reflection, and support you need to manage your stress and anxiety effectively.

This program is for you if:

  • You want to transform your self-narrative, communication, and stress-coping habits.
  • You want to learn to improve your self-story and organize your thoughts and actions to achieve more confidence and self-awareness.

What to expect:

  • One 60 to 90-minute assessment session to identify your needs and shape your unique program.
  • Twice-monthly in-person or virtual one-on-one sessions.
  • Each bi-weekly session is designed to provide the practice, reflection, and support you need to improve your self-story, interpersonal communication, and coping strategies.

  • You have experienced prolonged burnout, have had a major life transition, or work in a high-stress environment.
